RETURN POLICY

If it’s got our logo on it, we stand behind it. If you’re unhappy with the product, submit a return request via www.urban-monster.com/return-request within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then email you a return request letter along with a return number and instructions. Please have the return request letter printed out, filled in, place it within the parcel and mail it to the below address through the courier service of your choice with tracking number.

Item(s) you wish to return must reach our warehouse within 14 business days from receiving your return number. Item(s) received after this period will not be accepted.

Please note that we will not be responsible for the returned good(s) until it reaches our warehouse. It is mandatory that you use tracking service and provide us with a tracking number of your returning parcel(s) within 5 business days upon receiving the return number by replying our email or sending it to sales@urban-monster.com.

Item(s) returned must be unused in original state and original packaging. Returning item(s) that are damaged might not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Item(s) returned without a Return Number might be unidentified and returned to the customer.

Once the returned item(s) is received and the request is accepted, we will refund you the cost of the item (shipping cost not included) via your original form of payment.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the item(s) back to us. The original shipping cost or any import or sales tax associated with this order is non-refundable. Please allow 14 business days after the returning item(s) arrives at our warehouse for the return request to be processed and refunded.

Upon dispute, Urban Monster reserves the rights to make the final decision.

*If the item is purchased during a sale, it will be eligible for return only due to defects. Goods are considered faulty only if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange an item(s) for another product/ color/ size, please submit a return request and send back to us the item(s) you wish to exchange within 7 days of receiving the product and place a separate order for the item(s) you wish to exchange for.

We will send you the new item(s) while we refund you the cost of the original item(s). Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost.
